Our Lease

Frontier Leases are Joint and Several leases that are designed to protect your rights as a tenant and to provide you with clear and concise language that you can understand and trust.

Co-Signers

  • A co-signer agrees to guarantee the Tenant(s) is compliant with Frontier’s terms, to include payments and damages, as well as any necessary cleaning, remodeling, service, maintenance or other costs related to the lease terms.
  • A co-signer remains in force throughout the entire term of the lease.

Pet Policy

Frontier is extremely pet-friendly! Most of our properties do allow pets with a few exceptions. For the properties where pets are prohibited, Frontier allows up to 3 pets (2 dogs-maximum). The pet deposit (fully refundable) is typically half the amount of 1st month’s rent, not to exceed $500. The monthly pet fee, in addition to rent, is $50 per month for the 1st pet and $25 for each additional pet (up to 3 pets.)
